2. What this policy covers

This policy covers (a) the CloudOps24 website, (b) enquiries, quotes and contracts, and (c) services where we act as a data processor on behalf of business and government clients. Where we process data as a processor, the client’s contract and instructions govern that processing; this policy explains the safeguards we apply in all cases.

3. What we collect

• Contact information — name, organisation, email, phone and address you share via forms, email, phone or meetings.
• Business information — details needed to quote, deliver and bill services (e.g. project scope, sites, procurement references).
• Technical data — browser type, device, IP address, pages visited and cookies, used to keep the site secure and improve it.
• Service data — logs, telemetry and configuration data that we process only to operate, monitor and secure the systems and AI workloads we run for clients under contract.

4. How we use your data

• To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and deliver contracted services.
• To operate, monitor and support your systems — including 24/7 NOC, SLA and AIOps operations.
• To issue invoices, manage accounts and comply with legal obligations.
• To send service updates and, with consent, occasional news — you can unsubscribe at any time.
• To detect and prevent security incidents and fraud.

5. AI and machine learning

AI is at the core of what we deliver, and we are explicit about how it touches data:

• We do not train foundation models on your content. Your documents, calls, camera feeds or logs are never used to train public or third-party models.
• Default is your infrastructure. AI features we deploy (RAG assistants, agents, vision analytics, contact-center intelligence) run on your premises or in your contracted cloud, under your control — air-gapped when required (e.g. 24RACK sovereign mode).
• Where cloud AI providers are used (e.g. AWS Bedrock, Azure AI), we apply appropriate data-processing terms and only send the data required for the specific feature.
• Model outputs are machine-generated. They are not legal, medical or financial advice, and may be inaccurate — critical decisions should include human review as agreed in your contract.

6. Cookies and analytics

We use strictly necessary cookies (e.g. security and form-session handling) and privacy-respecting analytics to understand site usage. You can decline analytics cookies in your browser; the site remains fully usable without them.

7. Sharing and transfers

• We never sell personal data.
• We share data only with processors who help us deliver services (hosting, cloud, monitoring, accounting), bound by confidentiality and data-processing duties.
• Where data is transferred across borders, we rely on appropriate safeguards and applicable law, and we keep processing within the client’s chosen jurisdiction wherever possible — a central principle of our sovereign-AI approach.
• We may disclose data where legally required by competent authorities.

8. Retention and security

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above and to meet legal and contractual obligations. We protect data with access control, encryption in transit and at rest, audit logs, and 24/7 operational monitoring — the same discipline we sell as a service.
